We want to reassure you that we remain entirely committed to supporting you in these hugely challenging times. In line with government advice, we are making some modifications to our working practices to ensure the health and wellbeing of our people.
Our dedicated IT team have been working hard to ensure that from Monday morning the vast majority of our contact centre will be fully capable of operating remotely. During the transition to full home working our team are adhering to best practice regarding social distancing and personal hygiene. This has been a significant undertaking but our clients remain of paramount importance and we will continue with our efforts to deliver a gold standard service.
When moving operations at such pace, there may be some unforeseen issues but we have tested as best as possible in the time afforded us. We could also experience high numbers of the team not being able to work due to illness. Therefore I would ask for your patience and understanding should delays occur. We will be doing all we can to avoid causing you any inconvenience.
It is entirely understandable if self-employed workers and company owners are anxious in these unprecedented circumstances. As part of the business community, we are not immune from those concerns. Should you have any questions or queries regarding your policy please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Our team will do their best to support you and as always our claims reporting line remains open as usual.
We are monitoring the continual COVID19 updates and should anything change we will send additional communications.
As ever, we are here for you and will continue to be here for you as this situation develops.
Take care,
Grant Georgiades
Managing Director
