That’s why users will find amongst many other things, stylish product taglines which epitomise our experience in each trade, streamlined copy and brand new quote forms an call-back function that give the user the option to determine when they want a call.
We consider a smooth digital experience to be an essential part of our customers’ relationship with us. Our brand new platform is fully optimised for mobile devices and tablets, with a greater use of colours to aid navigation. Together with a new “Existing Customers” area (soon to become a dedicated self-service portal) and content such as our “jargon buster”, we believe our website will help our customers gain a better understanding of insurance and also their business needs.

In conjunction to our website relaunch, you may notice our new tagline “Always Ahead”, which is in line with the company’s vision and what we aim to reflect in all parts of our business. We strive to deliver excellent customer service and offer products tailored to the exact needs of our commercial customers.
Plan partnered with Winwood Haines, who came up with the concept and created the new designs, as well as agency Conductor for the positioning and tagline.
